Engineered for Strength and Longevity
Manufactured from high-grade Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) reinforced with 300, 450, and 600 gsm Chopped Strand Mat (M705) and bonded using CrysticROOF resin, the F5 delivers excellent impact resistance and structural rigidity.
The exterior uses a Crystic® GT-600 BS226 Green marine-grade gelcoat to protect against UV exposure, rainfall, frost, and airborne pollutants. Its corrosion-resistant composite construction supports dependable performance across the varied UK climate, including coastal and urban environments.
Dual Access Design
The F5 supports dual-access configurations, allowing maintenance teams to work from both the front and rear without dismantling equipment. This improves safety, reduces downtime, and simplifies servicing for complex installations.
Security and Sealing
The enclosure is fitted with a Yale 77 Traditional Nightlatch for primary access control, supported by a 10 mm zinc-plated spring bolt for additional security. ZOO ZHSS232 stainless-steel hinges provide smooth, corrosion-resistant operation.
Scapa 3259 closed-cell foam tape forms a tight weatherproof seal to help prevent water, dust, and air ingress, keeping internal equipment clean, dry, and protected.
Professional Interior Construction
Internally, the kiosk uses a 12 mm CE-marked ALPHAPLY plywood base for heavy equipment mounting, combined with a smooth internal lining to support neat finishing and improved working visibility. This setup provides stable installation for control systems, pump assemblies, and electronic racks while maintaining a professional internal appearance.
