The kiosk is manufactured from high-grade Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), reinforced with 300, 450, and 600 gsm Chopped Strand Mat (M705) and bonded using CrysticROOF resin. This construction delivers excellent rigidity, impact resistance, and structural stability.
A Crystic® GT-600 BS226 Green marine-grade gelcoat provides full protection against UV exposure, rainfall, frost, and airborne pollutants. The finish maintains colour consistency and performance throughout years of exposure to harsh UK weather.
Built-In Security and Protection
Security is integral to the F4’s design. A Yale 77 Traditional Nightlatch with a 5-pin cylinder and deadlock is combined with a stainless-steel slide latch to provide dependable dual locking.
ZOO ZHSS232 stainless-steel hinges ensure smooth, corrosion-resistant operation, while Scapa 3259 foam compression tape seals the enclosure to help prevent water, dust, and contaminant ingress.
Interior Designed for Professionals
Internally, the kiosk features a 12 mm CE-marked ALPHAPLY structural plywood base capable of supporting heavy equipment, along with a 3.6 mm eucalyptus-faced plywood lining for a clean, paintable finish.
